Description

Valcor Scientific presents our family of general purpose solenoid valves. This broad line of 2, 3, and 4-way solenoid valves include direct acting, piloted diaphragm, zero differential piloted diaphragm, balanced poppet, and piloted piston type configurations in plastic, brass, and stainless steel constructions.

Application

Complemented by a wide selection of seal materials, electrical voltages, and NEMA rated coil housings, these valves are suitable for a diverse range of industrial applications including general on-off control, gas and liquid distribution systems, process control systems, calibration and test stands, pilot plant control loops, and an unlimited array of OEM applications.

Additional Information

Valcor’s General Purpose Solenoid Valves consist of a broad selection of 2, 3, and 4-way solenoid valves. They can be used for a wide array of industrial applications, including general on-off control, calibration and test stands, pilot plant control loops, gas and liquid distribution systems, process control systems, and various OEM applications. Direct acting, piloted diaphragm, zero differential piloted diaphragm, balanced poppet, and piloted piston type configurations are all available. Construction options consist of plastic, brass, and stainless steel.

These valves have pressure ranges from vacuum to over 1000 PSI, and ports from 1/8” to 2” NPT. CV’s up to 38 and orifice sizes go up to 1 ½”. Standard seal materials available are: Buna, FKM, EPR, PTFE, and Rulon.

2-Way Valves

SV11/12

The SV11 & SV12 are 2-way, normally closed and normally open valves with floating seal construction. The straight-thru flow path permits high flow of non-corrosive fluids and gases with no minimum pressure required for operation. They have a high pressure rating, up to 1000 psi.

SV330/430

The SV33 & SV43 are 2-way, normally closed and normally open, direct acting solenoid valves. Designed for high cycles and long life, these valves are mountable in any position and can handle a wide range of fluids, with an operating pressure range of 0 psi to 1050 psi. Port sizes range from 1/8” to 3/8” NPT and orifice sizes from 3/64” to 3/8”.

SV320

The SV320 and SV420 series are 2-way zero differential, normally open and normally closed, piloted diaphragm solenoid valves. With a pressure rating up to 200 psi, these valves are designed to operate at zero differential pressure. A wide selection of construction materials allow for use on a variety of fluids.

SV321/421

The SV321 and SV421 series are 2-way normally closed and normally open, piloted diaphragm operated solenoid valves. These valves range from 3/8” to 2” port sizes and orifices sizes from 5/8” to 1 ½”. Pressure rating is up to 250 psi. These sturdy valves are designed to handle a wide range of gases and fluids.

SV327/427

The SV327 and SV427 series valves are 2-way, zero differential, normally closed and normally open, piloted diaphragm operated solenoid valves. Port sizes range from 1” to 2” and orifice sizes range from 1” to 1 ¼”. These high flow valves have pressures range from 0 to 125 psi.

SV340/440

The SV340 & SV440 series are 2-way normally closed and normally open, piloted piston operated solenoid valves. With pressure rating of up to 300 psi, these high flow valves are designed to handle a wide range of gases and fluids. Port sizes range from 3/8” to 1 ¼”, and orifice sizes range from 3/8” to 1 1/8”.

3-Way Valves

SV323/424

The SV323 & SV424 series are 3-way, normally closed and normally open, piloted diaphragm operated solenoid valves. Port sizes are available in 3/8” and ½” and have a pressure rating of 150 psi. All internal sliding parts have been eliminated, which makes these valves highly resistant to dust, water deposits and other foreign material present in the flowing media.

SV733/734/736

The SV733, SV734 and SV736 are 3-way, normally closed, normally open and universal, direct acting solenoid valves. They range from 1/8” to ¼” port sizes and have orifice sizes from 3/64” to ¼”. Operating pressure range is 0 psi to 200 psi.

SV833/834/836

The SV833, SV834 and SV836 are 3-way, normally closed, normally open and universal, direct acting solenoid valves. The port sizes are 1/8” to 1/4”. These valves are panel mountable, and the valve design allows coil replacement without disturbing fluid connections.
